It may be impossible to turn back the clock but you can reverse many of the affects of aging.
Vibration conditioning on the Power-Plate is very low impact so the muscles and joints can be exercised safely. It also increases circulation which lubricates the joints and surrounding tissues, which eases pain and improves movement. Women are at a higher risk from Osteoporosis, especially post menopause and bone density can be improved with specific exercise. The Power-Plate vibrations increase the circulation and this helps the body feel more energized and improves skin tone.

We run specialized 50+ year old, 20 minute classes which include cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and strength conditioning. Please contact us for additional details.
*All sessions must be used up in the specified weeks and any cancellations under a 24 hour period will be deducted from the package |
