We begin every training regimen with a comprehensive physical assessment.  This assessment evaluates several areas of your physical condition. The following indicators are examined to give a complete picture of your physical status.

  • recovery heart rate
  • flexibility
  • upper body strength
  • abdominal strength
  • hand grip strength

In addition to this assessment, we will examine your medical history and level of lifestyle education as well as discuss your current personal goals.  Armed with this information, we then design a strength & conditioning program specifically tailored to your needs and goals.  Consistent reevaluations of both your physical status and your conditioning regimen ensure that your training is always directed to meet your body’s specific needs.  This process guarantees that your effort yields the desired results in the least amount of time.
