Your heart is the most important muscle in your body, how ready is it for a work out? Do not leave this question to chance, join a Hoffacker Level One cardio fitness program and learn how to improve your hearts performance. You will receive a Polar Heart rate monitor with the purchase of a Level One cardio conditioning program.
You will participate in an instructor lead small group (3-6) of people while improving your cardio fitness and recovery.
At Hoffacker Health and Fitness we use the Power-Plate and our experience to tailor a program specifically for you that will compliment improve your basic cardio fitness.
We recommend between 2-3 sessions* per week depending on your existing conditioning schedule. These sessions are 30 minutes in duration and run during various hours.
*All sessions must be used up in the specified weeks and any cancellations under a 24 hour period will be deducted from the package. |
