Golf is one of the few games you can enjoy for a lifetime. While equipment technology has made the game easier, maintaining your strength and flexibility is the key to performing on the course.
Vibration conditioning on the Power-Plate is very low impact so the muscles and joints can be exercised safely and effectively. It also increases circulation which lubricates the joints and surrounding tissues, which eases pain and improves movement. Our golf specific classes have been created to develop and maintain the specific muscle groups that contribute to making the back nine as competitive and comfortable as the front nine.
We recommend between 2-3 sessions* per week depending on your existing playing schedule. These sessions are 30 minutes in duration and run during various hours.
*All sessions must be used up in the specified weeks and any cancellations under a 24 hour period will be deducted from the package. |
