The Power-Plate gives fantastic results without having to put as much effort into the workout as conventional conditioning (no sweating!). You will only need to take 25-30 minutes out of your day!

At Hoffacker Health and Fitness we understand how the body works and how each person’s body reacts differently to exercise. When we tailor your program we take into consideration your existing strengths and weaknesses.  Developing your unconditioned areas will create the physical foundation you need as you change your body weight and shape for long term success.

For weight loss and cellulite reduction it is advisable to take some additional type of aerobic exercise and follow a healthy eating regime. Nutritional advice is available.

If weight loss is your goal then we recommend 3 sessions* per week for at least 5 weeks (Remember it is only 25-30 minutes!) followed by a maintenance program of 2 sessions per week.

*All sessions must be used up in the specified weeks and any cancellations under a 24 hour period will be deducted from the package
