With over a decade of experience, and over 25,000 sessions completed at Hoffacker Health and Fitness, Devin is a true marathon man. He is as devoted to his clients as they are to him. When he’s not in front of his clients, he’s beside his family. Devin loves marathons, and half-marathons with a dash of 5Ks thrown in for a taste of speed. If he’s not running or riding his bike, he’s mindfully pushing the weight to get the most out of his body in the least amount of time.

Working out and eating right make me feel good. I believe that food is the fuel to our bodies, but I also believe that we should enjoy good food! That’s why I love to workout! Fitness has always been part of my life. Working out is a lifestyle and a choice, but it should be enjoyable. My goal is to inspire others to love their workouts! Aaron has developed a unique style from the environment he has been around for over 10 years. Aaron is the only trainer who was a client prior to becoming a conditioning specialist. Therefore, he has a training approach inspired by Steve Hoffacker, Devin Riley, and Emily Cox. Aaron was a two-sport athlete in high school; playing golf and basketball. He then went on to play golf all four years at the University of Indianapolis. Aaron enjoys working in a what he describes a, “truly unique and innovative environment. It has and will always be the only fitness club I would choose.”

Lauren brings her contagious passion for fitness, nutrition and hard work to each and every session. A graduate from Indiana University with a degree in Exercise Science, she is always aspiring to learn more and be better than the day before. Throughout college, Lauren worked at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport and was a boot camp instructor for Eli Lilly. She made the jump to private training at Hoffacker in 2009 and has been motivating and educating her clients to achieve their goals ever since. Lauren has a variety of client experience, working with ages 6 – 94, from young athletes to corporate executives. She thrives on pulling out the strengths in individuals to help them become physically, mentally and emotionally healthier and equips them to make smart nutrition decisions.

Melissa was born and raised in Indianapolis, having graduated from North Central H.S and from Indiana University, Bloomington. Growing up, her family instilled a love for fitness early on, especially tennis. However, it wasn’t until after college that she discovered her love for strength training and has been hooked on it ever since. Her experience for over 14 years as a wellness coach, group fitness instructor, wellness director and personal trainer has given her extensive knowledge in the wellness field. She loves training everyone from the beginner level to the athletes, special needs and teens. Melissa lives a healthy lifestyle of eating clean and working out 5 days/week.

Jae was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN. After graduating from Ball State University he relocated to Indianapolis. Over the last couple of years having worked with young athletes from many different disciplines including: Football, Tennis, Golf, Lacrosse and Rock Climbing; he has developed a myriad of different skills to help his clients reach their wellness goals. He has been a group instructor for boot camp classes, as well as personal trainer for strength and conditioning. Whether it’s kettlebells, tires, free weights or body weight, he will keep you moving and constantly challenging you to be your best.

I like to mix it up with cardio and strength training! There is always a method to my sessions: a lot of compound exercises, free weights, and power plate. I will push my clients out of their comfort zones by challenging them to try new exercises, but support them along the way. I also have collegiate athletic experience. Playing 4 years of tennis at Taylor University allows me to train tennis specific clients, preparing them on and off the court!
