Experience the Hoffacker Difference
You’re a successful person with a busy schedule.
You can’t afford not to be healthy.
At the end of the day, your health is your most important asset. Whether you were once an athlete and still nursing that old knee injury or are just beginning your fitness journey to preserve your future health, Hoffacker can help.
The Hoffacker methodology isn’t like what you’ll find in most gyms. Rather than just encouraging you to push through discomfort, lift heavier weights, or follow the same rinse-and-repeat program, we work to recondition your body to support your goals. This begins by understanding your physical foundation: isolated muscle control, balance, and cardiovascular health. From there, we develop custom prescriptions to help you strengthen areas of weakness in order to support your all-around wellbeing.
Your goals and your needs are unique, which is why everything we do at Hoffacker is personalized and 1:1. You’ll work with the same conditioning specialist week in and week out (many of our clients have been working with the same person for 10+ years!) in an environment free of distractions and intimidation, where we’ll focus on one thing: your health.
Personal
Each week, work with a personal trainer who knows you, your goals, and encourages you every step of the way.
Private
Every conditioning session is 1:1 in the privacy of our state-of-the-art suites, your home, or wherever you find yourself that week.
Prescriptive
Every person is different. We develop a plan unique to you to help you live the life you want and do the things you love.

Hoffacker's Story
“I learned at an early age how to deal with physical and mental life changing situations. At 12 I was in a significant motorcycle accident. Dealing with many physical injuries and a traumatic head injury, I had to have months of hospitalization, surgeries, and rehabilitation. As I started to get stable and out of trauma, I had to start exercising to fix and build my body to work like I wanted it to.
Throughout my schooling I started to get very active in sports, exercise, and weight training. My incentive was to always keep physically improving because I was told after my surgeries I was probably going to be limited in things I could do.
I went to college eager to learn and explore how the body worked and wanted to understand more how to fix it and prevent things from happening. Going through all that I did and having a positive attitude to fix myself, I learned that I had a gift from all of my experiences and was excited to help others with their physical needs. My career started at 12 years old and I have committed and dedicated my life to helping others with what I so patiently and personally understand in each individual’s physical needs.
I have utilized my years of experience and training to develop multiple fitness businesses and consulting roles that has lead me to where I am today.”
